Vintage Hans Wegner CH23 Dining Chairs by Carl Hansen 1960s (Set of six )

Set of six (6) dining chairs in beech & teak by Hans J. Wegner. Model CH23. Produced by Carl Hansen. The CH23 is an early example of the unique design language and craftsmanship of Hans J. Wegner. It has many well-known Wegner details, including the elegant cross-shaped covers in the backrest and the double braided seat. The CH23 chair was one of the first five pieces Wegner created exclusively for Carl Hansen & Søn. Recently imported from Denmark, in excellent condition for its vintage age.
