Vintage 1960s Danish Mid Century Svend Åge Madsen Teak Tambour Door Nightstands - Pair
by MCM-SF
A rare find, this stunning pair of Danish Mid-Century teak nightstands was designed by Svend Åge Madsen for Falster Møbelfabrik in Denmark during the 1960s. Beautifully figured teak grain and distinctive tambour doors lend warmth and texture to their clean, understated silhouettes.
Each nightstand features a smooth-sliding tambour door, a single top drawer, and a concealed storage compartment, offering practical space for bedside essentials. Their thoughtful proportions make them equally elegant as side tables in a living space.
Recently imported from Denmark, this pair is in excellent vintage condition with only minor wear consistent with age. A sophisticated and versatile addition, bringing timeless Scandinavian character to any modern or MCM-inspired interior.
